Authorized Motor
Carrier, ID# MC 469698
A unique MC number is assigned to all federally-licensed freight
brokers. The MC number is issued by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety
Administration (FMCSA) to carriers, brokers and freight forwarders
who operate as an interstate commerce entity. For an MC number to
remain active, the broker or carrier must maintain the proper levels
of insurance or surety bond coverage while keeping that info current
with the FMCSA.

Authorized
Freight Forwarder, ID# FF 006449
A unique FF number is assigned to all federally-licensed freight
forwarders by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. A
freight forwarder is any entity acting on the behalf of a shipper.
The freight forwarder handles all shipping matters and documentation
for a manufacturer or exporter, including the use of services of a
carrier of carriers.

Indirect Air Carrier, ID# IAC 0409001
A unique IAC number is assigned to all federally-licensed
indirect air carriers. The IAC number is issued by the
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and sets forth the
aviation security rules governing each carrier or broker indirectly
engaged in the air transportation of property.

Upon enrolling in our program, all customer cargo
is automatically provided with the following liability and personal property
coverage:

Proof of
Liability Coverage
Proof of liability coverage is mandated by State and Federal
agencies and protects you from damage or injuries to other people as
a result of shipping accidents. It has a $20,000 limit on business
personal property with a $500 deductible. It has $1,000,000 premises
liability coverage limit with a medical payments limit of $5,000 and
a $50,000 limit on the tenants fire legal liability.

Contingent Cargo
Coverage
Contingent cargo coverage IS NOT required by law, but we provide it
because it's the right thing to do - you deserve the best protection
possible. Our contingent cargo coverage policy has a limit of
$100,000 with a deductible of $1,000 and allows you to be reimbursed
for most losses caused by damage to cargo incurred while in-transit,
loading or unloading.

How to Make an
Insurance Claim
A claim form need only be completed when an existing
client suspects their cargo may have been damaged in
transit.
- Click the icon at the right to open claim form;
- Complete the form - attach original bill of lading;
- Attach original paid freight bill;
- Attach original invoice or certified copy, and
- Attach shipper's concealed loss or damage form.
